Last Week or so
It has been a crazy week…sorry i have not been posting..i have been exhausted every night at bedtime and I have not had time to post…highlights from the week have got to be training with Brielle who is the granddaughter of one of my clients…
Brielle is only 3 years old and I am helping her with Heeling Blue who is a doberman puppy
I am making sure that Brielle understands how to interact with Blue when he is in the PLACE command and this will allow her to pet him without being jumped on and she will also be able to play with her toys in front of him without him taking them from her.
We had a great time training together…
I had to go to Cleveland Ohio on Sunday to see a family about their dog Oliver..he is a Standard Poodle with some aggression issues..so Max and I flew out Saturday night go in at about 1:30am and then spent the day with the family on Sunday..we then flew back to RI on Monday morning on a 6am flight…Max did great in the airport and the cabin..keep in mind that he is a Service Dog so he can ride up with me….all of the planes we rode in were very very small..but we had a lot of fun and took advantage of being in an airport to do lots of training.
