Shadow Program

In our Shadow Program, Jeff and his team will teach you all of the aspects and systems we use to deliver consistent training and results and run a world-class board and train, as well as the online training academy.

The shadow program is experiential, you will be immersed in what we have going on at that time. which could include:

  • Dog-human aggression
  • Leash Reactivity
  • Pool/swimming training
  • Prong collar work
  • Treadmill work
  • E-Collar training
  • Running the training center
  • Dog socialization
  • Private client sessions
  • Separation Anxiety
  • Social Media
  • Dog-dog aggression
  • And Much More

Additional Details

Our shadow program is geared towards those who are looking to become a dog trainer or better their skills as one. It is recommended that you have some training experience prior to coming in order to get the most out of the program. Each day of shadowing runs from 9am until 5pm, during which time you will shadow not only Jeff and learn about the business and personal growth, but the other members of the Solid K9 Training staff. You can sit in on phone calls and client communications.

Of note, there may be up to two Shadows at the center at one time, and Jeff may not be here every day of your shadow program, depending on its length. You may bring up to one of your well-behaved personal dogs to join you. (Please contact our front office for details regarding the vaccinations we require of any dog at our center.)  You must be responsible for your own transportation, food and housing. If you need a recommendation for local dog-friendly hotels, just ask us!

You can purchase additional days at $400/day AFTER having completed the minimum 7 days
